Why every Missouri family should review its estate plan in 2026

Federal and state rules shift every year. A plan that worked five years ago may not reflect current law or your current wishes.

Beyond tax law, life changes. Children become adults. Marriages happen and sometimes end. Businesses grow or are sold. A plan is a snapshot of a moment; families are not.

Our recommendation is simple. Review your plan at least every three to five years, or any time there is a significant change in family, assets, or the law.
